During the professional association with some of the reputed consultancy and development firms Amit has involved in complete lifecycle of many projects in areas of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM) and CAD Product Development, enhancement and customization. He worked in programming Languages ITK, UGOPEN, MATLAB API Programming, C, C++, Core Java, J2EE, MySQL.

He was also working as a freelance programmer for a while.
